What I know about xx before joining xx

1. xx culture is very strong
2. Communication is very important
3. Need to know what your manager, your team and clients expect from you
4. Listening is critical to get sufficient information
5. Networking is critical to help yourself get into the work as fast as you can
6. Always prepare for yourself: a long suggested business reading list and lots of documents overthere
7. xx's logic is a little like 北一女, some kind of 光環作祟.......not sure yet...let's see
